Ascend Hotel is a soft brand
Soft brand hotels can be designed however the developer wants. Its the developer’s hotel collection under the Choice Hotel brand.
This is Edwardsville Illinois and NGH will be building a 180 room Ascend Hotel by Choice Hotel International with an indoor water park. This will be designed by Eric Lund, one of the original developer of the Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin.
